Taken at Niagara Falls in September 2006. My parents and I had a 2 week gallivant around the upper east coast during which I got to visit Toronto and Montréal, 2 more reasons for why I want to move to Canada. We went on a cruise underneath the falls where everyone had to wear ponchos. The trip was awesome, but I mostly like this shot because of the heads poking out.shut your eyes and think of somewhere
somewhere cold and caked in snow
by the fire we break the quiet
learn to wear each other well
and when the worrying starts to hurt
and the world feels like graves of dirt
just close your eyes until
you can imagine this place
